You've received dashboard access and want to understand what it shows and how to navigate it.

Answer

The Autolane dashboard is your real-time window into autonomous vehicle activity at your property. Access it at portal.goautolane.com using the credentials provided during onboarding.

Here's what you'll see:

  1. Live Occupancy: Real-time status of each zone (occupied or vacant), updated via live data streaming. No need to refresh the page.

  2. Session Count: Total AV arrivals for today, this week, and the last 30 days.

  3. Average Dwell Time: How long vehicles typically stay in each zone.

  4. Vehicle Types: Breakdown of which AV services are using your zones (Waymo, Tesla, etc.).

  5. Intelligence Map: A map view showing all zones on your property with current status, centered on the zone centroid.

Good to know:

  • Low utilization numbers in the early days of deployment are normal. Activity will grow as AV services expand routes to your property.

  • If GPS pin locations appear to reference a nearby business rather than the exact sign location, contact your Autolane representative. The coordinates may need adjustment.

  • If you need dashboard access for additional team members, contact your Autolane account representative to send invitation links.
